In able to organize and distinguish easily, I suggest this kind of template in the title of a topic for character creation. It's not hard anyway and it doesn't consume much time.
[Village] Surname, First Name.
[Sand Village] Hikari, Anna
or if you're a missing nin
[Former Leaf Village] Hikari, Anna
This kind of thing is used in every village. It's actually a sticky topic posted in every village and you have no idea how it helps alot when we already have more members. It enables us to balance the villages since most likely, Leaf, Sand, and maybe Mist Village will have more members than the rest.
