Appearance: Kisio, a descendent of the Hoshigaki family, has shark-like features all over his face. His skin is light-blue and so it is very difficult to tell Kisio from either demon ninja or human shark. He has a normal Kirigakure headband on his forehead. There're three slits on each cheek of his face and three more hidden underneath his robes near his neck. These slits are actually gills and allow Kisio to travel underwater for very long periods of time, but not above his own human breathing system. Kisio also have noticible sharp teeth. His eyes are 3/4 of a normal human eye, which also gives Kisio excellent perception at anticipation, sight, and awareness. His nose is also sharper than a ninja dog's (but not superior to that of an Inuzuka's) and allows him to have a better smell sense on land or underwater. He has an amazing athletic body with incredible muscular strength that has two huge scars in the middle. This was due to a horrible abuse at the Village of Bloody Mist's Graduation Exams by his teachers to teach him "disciple" when he got in trouble for the first and last time. Kisio has dark-blue hair all straightened up like Kisame's. He stands at being almost seven feet tall and is usually in his Mizukage robes which covers his former Jounin-outfit with black marks all over it. He possess the Sameheda and an alternative uniform would be dark robes with white flames trimmed near the edges which covers Kisio's former purple ANBU outfit.

Personality: Kisio is a man with much patience for his opponents and followers. However, if they're annoying or bothering him, he can lost it and the killer instinct inside of him awakens. Kisio is one of the graduates of Kirigakure's bloody exams with the greatest battle skills and murderous intent. Even though he has a violent temper, he still has control over it and can remain control. Kisio is a battle-lover and sometimes if things go too far, a warmonger. Whenever it comes to combat, he simply attacks and triumph over his opponent using sheer force and right strategic desicions. Kisio is a man who loves chopping off fingers and toes as he enjoys the blood and screams of his opponent, which sastifies him greatly. He believes this would disable one's will and dexterity as well as disabling one to perform handseals, which would result in a nullification of ninjutsu and genjutsu. Other than his chaotic assasin side, Kisio also has a split personality most of the time.

He's usually cool, calm, and collective. Very cunning and observant as he is. His favorite hobby is taking care of the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist and training- whether it'd be jutsu, skill, or fighting. Kisio is able to think of quick plans when it comes to strategizing. Although it mostly can be inaccurate and bleak, he's still able to analyze enemy movement and abilities and have advantages and disadvantages to it. He believes that all jutsus have limitations and loopholes, which is why he finds weaknesses in his own techniques and tries to have ways to hide them. It's very hard for him to remain humble and getting along with people. The people who actually knew Kisio would know that going after his warm spot is unwise and could result in an.. immediate execution. He respects a few people in the Shinobi World as well as a few were close to him. He also have a grudge against useless and weak people who do not admire his strength or fear him.

Egress Uchiha walsk into the academy of the twilight Village. He enters the classroom adn sits upon a desk... He suddenly notices a great ninja before him... " Hello, I wish to become a ninja of the Twilight Village

Scorching over the dark and deep forest, Airon jumped from tree by tree to search for the kidnapper. You gotta be here somewhere.... he thought. Suddenly, he heared a slight sound in a bush below him. "Ha! There you are!" Airon took out a handful of sand from a tube and mixed it with chakra, converting it with a magnetic force. Suddenly, the sand blacken and harden, its chemical and physical state transforming. Airon extending the iron snad into a huge spike and smash it down onto the bush. A dark figure quickly emerged from the bush and flickered into a safe spot...

Landing on the bottom of his spike, Airon took a closer peek at the mysterious intruder that stole his student. He saw a man with red hair and black robes covering him neck to toe. "Where is she?!" yelled Airon. "You'll never find her! She is with us now.." replied the kidnapper. He took out two swords from his back and threatened him. "Hmph, you're ignorance dosent scare me..." said Airon bravely. Weaving a single handsign, the huge spike behind him dispearsed and headed stragiht towards their target! The iron sand binded the stranger's arms and legs and he fell to the ground. "Gah.. you cant stop us. We have much more stronger forces with us now that we possess her talent.." he announced. Airon looked deep into the man's eyes... "I don't care... I wont stop till I find her and secure her back to the village.." said Airon. He contuined his search again, jumping tree by tree to find his kidnapped disciple.. leaving the ANBU Black Ops to the red-haired man... Don't worry Hiami... I will find you...

Kiyoshi felt the sword pulsate again; he stared at it with a questionable look. Masaki noticed Kiyoshi’s confused expression “That sword was left behind by your brother” he explained “We kept it from you to keep you from following in his footsteps, but since today is your graduation exam, we believe that it would make an excellent good luck charm.” Masaki then dug into his robe and pulled out a note “This note also came with it, we never opened it, though, thought you should be the one to read it first.” He handed the note to Kiyoshi, who was about to open it when he noticed the clock on the wall. “10:40 a.m., the exam starts in 20 minutes!” Kiyoshi frantically picked up the sword and ran out the door before anyone could say anything. Sayuri looked incredibly confused. Masaki just smirked “That boy might just make a great ninja someday.”

History:

Genin Arc:
Uri Hoshigaki was some sort of "hybrid". His mother was an ordinary non-shinobi who descended from the Hoshigaki family and his father was formally the great and revered Jounin-shinobi clan leader of the Saiken clan. His parents loved each other and their child immensely. Even father, Chisaio Saiken had thought of Uri as a reincarnation of the "Monster of the Hidden Mist", Kisame Hoshigaki. However, Chisaio's own followers in battle betrayed him and murdered Chisaio. The Hoshigakis and Saikens were forever enemies, so it was natural that some of the clanmates didn't agree to a pact. The elders decided that at age 6, Uri should lead the clan. But his mother, Mikata Hoshigaki, knew the hidden truth. They were going to assasinate the child and his mother, so that the Saikens could forever rage war. His mother escaped from the Saikens, where they were safe and hidden in the Hoshigaki home base, near the center of Kirigakure. There, Uri Hoshigaki who's name was changed to Kisio Saiken, to show the Saikens that they no longer feared them. Kisio graduated from the Academy at age 9, becoming one of the few survivors of the gruesome battles of the Village Hidden in the Bloody Mist with the most excellent combat values and skills to become Genin. Kisio was placed in a three-man squad with his "comrades" and a Jounin/ANBU Black Op as their sensei. Kisio spent his nights practicing on getting better at chakra manipulation and Taijutsu at his clan's dummy fields. With an above-average amount of raw strength, Kisio was taught Suiton ninjutsu by his sensei and they embarked on many missions. Training for two years as Genin, Kisio had attended two B-rank missions, in which one of them, at age 10 he had to go without their sensei. When their skills had exceeded Kirigakure's expectations, they were allowable to enter the Chunin Exams. He easily passed the first written part, thanks to his accurate memory knowledge and intellegect. During the 2nd Exams, his survival skills were lacking as his team had forgotten to bring water, so they had to find some in the Forest of Death. They successfully made it to the Tower with barely enough time to spare, as he went solo to achieve the opposite scroll. His rage triggered when his enemies had mocked him. During the 1st half of the 3rd part, he luckily defeated an Aburame who didn't know how to control his bugs correctly. During the last part, he barely overcame a Hatake using Suiton Ninjutsu alone. But Kisio had defeated him, promoting to become Chunin.

Chunin Arc:
Being Chunin, he was extracted from his former team and was left alone to enjoy more dangerous mission in a newer squad. He was given the Hoshigaki's sacred curse seal- Fukama Juin. During this time, the Hoshigaki family suffered various blows from the Saiken Clan. One of the invasion had killed his mother and Kisio grew angry. His killing intent activated and he slaughtered everyone in his "Level 1" stage except for a survivor. He was then defeated and forced to come over the Saiken Clan. By the Saiken ninja, he was taught kenjutsu- the art of swordsmanship. With a surprise, they found Kisio's blade-wielding skills amazing and the greatest among the juniors. In time, he had gotten used to swords. He was given the basics of the Saiken Clan's Hijutsu at age 13. When Kisio was at age 14, the 4th Great Ninja War broke out as Sunagakure had mainly attacked Kirigakure. However, the most heavily targeted battle was between Kumogakure and Konoha. During this reign, Kisio had developed his senses and lust for blood and war. Kisio became a Special Jounin at age 15, for being a specalist at assasination. He laid many espionage campaigns and attacks on Kumogakure's defense systems. However, his main focus was to make raiddings on Sunagakure. It was all hell and darkness to Kisio, yet he somehow... liked the deaths. They were all so interesting to him. The 4th Great Ninja World War lasted for three years, where Kisio was send on a kidnapping against Sunagakure's most noble Jounin. With an increase in his three main skills, Kisio was able to do it without killing him. The kidnappins grew until the war had finally diminished..

Jounin Arc/Seven Sowrdsmen Arc:
When the Great Ninja War ended, Kisio entered as a S-rank shinobi in the Bingo Book with his own nickname as the "Blood Shark of Kirigakure", and one of the top shinobi in Kiri. During this, he was accepted to become a trainee and study under a Seven Swordsmen member and their arts and formal training. He was also taught the advances of the Saiken Clan's bloodline techniques. He had developed the Raiton chakra nature and learned much more on Suiton ninjutsu. He had began to use taijutsu more often and was allowed to wield the Sameheda. It took Kisio 5 years of training until he had an expertise in kenjutsu and how to handle the Samehada properly and was reknowed as one of the seven greatest-blade wielding shinobi Kirigakure can ever produce. By age 22, Kisio was a successfuly and official Seven Swordsmen member. He continued with his Ninjutsu training and developed heightened senses and powerful body strength. Kisio also reached the second and last level of his Demon Shark Curse Seal.

ANBU Arc:
During his time as Jounin, Kisio also entered Kiri's ANBU. He excelled at long-range fighting and had an accurate and photographic memory of the Hidden Mist's geography and history. He mastered advanced assasination methods that could cause massive pain or instant kills by striking certain vital points in the body. He was even a master in the Art of Silent Killing. At the age of 24, he became an ANBU Captain and led his own squad in battle. Among his comrades, Kisio was considered the strongest in the Seven Sowrdsmen of the Mist but the truth had come to him that only two were better than it. Out of jealousy, he chllenged both of them to a duel but lost because of their immense strength. He got too greedy and decided to use deception to his advantage. So he manipulated and threatened the Saiken elders to hammer into him the clan's forbidden techniques. He decided to test his strength by attending the mission to assasinate a Leaf Sannin regarding the SSM. Although he's pretty powerful himself, they had swiftly contunered the Sannin but Kisio also killed off a few of his fellow groupmates. After that, when the Mizukage was on his deathbed, a vote was called to select the new Mizukage.

Mizukage Arc:

To select the incoming Mizukage, a battle of the various top fifty shinobi in Kirigakure were permitted in a free-for-all melee tournament in which they can kill anyone they wish inside the stadium. They were all watched by their combat skills by the Commander of Kirigakure's ANBU and the advisors. Kisio was crumbled in the bloodshed and battles. The battle had tensed inside of him that he had grew blind on rage when he smelled the blood and his violent nature appeared. His power was so great that he even fought the ANBU Chief who was sent to stop Kisio who was too violent. Kisio killed the Commander and crushed his face. At that, there were only two survivors of that battle, Kisio and the owner of the Lightning Fangs. The elders had made their choice to select Kisio as the next Commander of ANBU and the Lightning Fang owner as the next Mizukage. Of course, Kisio ignored this as he were to test his strength. So then, they had battled. Kisio would not have survived the impacts had not the Saiken bloodline techniques saved him. The advisors, scared, selected Kisio as the 8th Mizukage by they had ran away in fright of Kisio. Kisio then selected his own personal advisors, a trustworthy Hoshigaki and a strong-willed Saiken to bring power and prosperity over in Kirigakure. This was not expected from someone at age 27, to become Mizukage so rapidly. Kisio evolved into the man he is today, with better control over himself and more powerful than ever, with enough leadership to forever bind the Hoshigaki Family and the Saiken Clan together forever. It is said that Kisio is the greatest swordsmen ever lived in the history of the Shinobi World and one with immense chakra levels to have the greatest mastery of Suiton in Kirigakure. It's also recgonized that his collabaration of Suiton and Raiton was greatly recgonized by the current leader of the Saiken Clan.
