We have some new village and kage duties, generally a Kage auto pay and village funds.

The Kage auto pay is there as Kage's cannot go on missions, so they get payed via a salary.

Villages gain a set amount of money a week to distribute among missions and other things.

Taxation can be used by the Kage to gain extra money for the village if it needs it. The rate can be applied by the Kage, …

We now have tools and weapons available to buy, they are off Rp so all you do is post what you are buying, how much and how much it costs. The price will be deducted from your Ryo by an Admin. You can also make Custom Weapons which work the same way. You start off with a small Ninja pouch.
The restrictions of the small ninja pouch are as follows:

30 Shuriken.
20 Kunai.
10 Explosive notes.

I have decided to reset the staff for my own reasons. I am currently the only staff member. However, there are a couple of TEMPORARY MODS. They cannot lock, move or do anything to a topic however tehy can approve characters and other things. These people are:

Before becoming a full fledged mod, you must pass the temporary phase.
