Name of Technique: Water Decomposition Technique
Clan or Non-Clan: Non-clan
Element: Water
Rank: S (Forbidden)

Description: With the use of a single handseal, the user touches anything possessing any kind of chakra except humans themselves, which then turns into water until the certain thing vanishes. This technique can turn bunshins or chakra based shields into sand. It is useful for areas with no source of water. Chakra consumption for this jutsu is according to the size of the target.

Drawbacks: It can only turn things that possess chakra, which means normal objects aren’t affected. Also, the user needs to literally touch the object and can't use any means other than that.



Name of Technique: Ultimate Water Burst
Clan or Non-clan: Non-clan
Element: Water
Rank: A
Description: With the use of chakra, this jutsu basically makes the water explode depending on the situation. If it is Anna’s own water release (water which came from her either through summons, or water decomposition etc,), she can make it explode anywhere at any time. However, if it’s normal water, it has to be somehow connected to her through chakra.

Drawbacks: This could be hard to use on places which lacks water source. The user is not immune with the explosion. Also, the user must have the water as his main element, or it would strain him pretty badly.

Requirements: Sword

Description: The user will focus and channel chakra on the sword, and the weapon will be covered in flames. Every swing releases burst of fire.

Drawbacks: The weapon will become heavier than its normal weight.



Name of Technique: Fire Release: Blazing Sonata
Rank: S (Kinjutsu)
Clan or Non-clan: Non-clan
Element: Fire
Requirements: Sword

Description: This technique is devised as a unique style of using one's sword and feet to defend, in a dance like motion. By focusing chakra into the user’s feet and weapon, and then, coupling it with a bit of fire mastery was able to mold the chakra to surround the user’s feet and the sword held within a controlled fire. Every step fans the fire into the motion's direction, every stomp raises the fires causing it to flare up, every kick sends a penance of fire from the sole; every horizontal or slanted slash causes a burst of fire to be released, every vertical slash increases the amount of flames; and adding this into a dance causes it to not only defend ones self, but by mastering the right steps can make for a very reliable offense.

Drawbacks: The user should at least possess a large amount of chakra or learned the use of senjutsu since use of normal chakra will be very draining.

All approved, you may create these in the training section whenever you so please.

Name of Technique: Lightning Release: Lightning Paralysis
Clan or Non-clan: Non-clan
Element: Lightning
Rank: C

Description: Utilizing the lightning element, the user is able to produce a lightning current, which looks something like a chidori, to paralyze the opponent upon hit. The user doesn't have to actually strike the opponent with the chidori-like-blast, since it is also possible to use it through other media such as metals, or even wires.

Drawbacks: The ability to paralyze depends on the current of the lightning. Small currents can only cause paralysis of specific body parts only. To be able to produce lightning which can paralyze a whole person for a short time, the user needs a lot of chakra (Rank B - 200 chakra) - duration is 2 posts. (500 chakra - 4 posts). Also, once it is used through other means such as metals or wires, the duration depends on how far the user is from the opponent. In order for the user to paralyze the opponent he needs to be at least 25ft from the opponent – paralyzing for 2 posts through the use of wires etc , he needs to be at least 15ft from the opponent, 16ft-25ft means paralysis of 1 post. [It can only paralyze, and there’s no HP damage on the opponent]



Name of Technique: Water Manipulation
Clan or Non-clan: Non-clan
Element: Water

Description: Being a water manipulator master, Anna is able to control/manipulate the movements of her own water. She can make it crawl, move to certain places and etc. (Basically, it's just the same as controlling sand or mud)

Drawbacks: She can only manipulate her own water (water which came from a water release, etc.), and has no way to control other bodies of water even if she fuses it with her own water.



Name of Technique: Chakra Absorption Technique
Clan or Non-clan: Non-clan
Element: None [Medical-Nin Jutsu]
Rank: S (Kinjutsu) [If the user is successful in absorbing even a tiny bit of chakra, then no chakra consumption, and instead, an increase of chakra. But if he failed, then he'll need to pay 700 chakra points.)

Description: Considered as one of Anna’s favourite technique, the user is able to absorb the physical and spiritual chakra energy of the opponent into himself. This technique is not only applicable to people, but also to things AND jutsus which possesses chakra.

Drawbacks: The user has to actually touch anything before he could absorb it's chakra. Larger chakra absorption means more time consuming. If he used this technique, but failed to absorb anything, then he'll need to pay 500 chakra points instead.
For jounins and above: This cannot be used in rank S jutsus and above, so that means the maximum chakra he could absorb is only 400chakra per thing, depending on the chakra of that thing. [e.g. Water wall is Rank C, so when used against water wall, the user can absorb the 200 chakra on that water wall]
For Chuunins: This cannot be used in Rank A jutsus and Above.
For Genins: This cannot be used in Rank C jutsus and Above.



Name of Technique: Water Bind
Clan or Non-clan: Non-clan
Element: Water
Rank: C [chakra consumption is immediately decreased the first time she uses a water release.]
Description: This jutsu only works with her own water. The first time she used any water release, this jutsu is already activated and is applicable to all her water release. This technique makes the water she summoned etc. - sticky depending on the concentration of chakra. More concentration means it’s more sticky and furthermore can even hold an opponent in place.

Drawbacks:
She cannot use this technique on other bodies of water except her own water releases.

i would approved The first, second and fourth
but not the chakra absorb technique
Reason being that it seems a bit god mod becuase your a kage and you would be able to absorb all techniques making extremely hard for anyone to beat you so sorry by that technique denied
(Just to tell you, i am trainee mod so Ketsueki might overthrow my judgement so wait for him, just in case)

Uh, so what's the main prob? I mean, is the chakra absorption completely denied, or do I only need to edit some? Like, (jounins can only absorb B ranks jutsus and below.) *shrug* Or, do you have any additional suggestions for drawbacks to make it non-godmoddy?

Yeah, I've been monitering how you've been going about things Sasru, purposley leaving things for you, and I quite impressed.

Here's a tip, this is one thing that you don't really seem to do often:

When denying something, state the problems with it, and suggest a viable solution to the problem, be it not enough description, too powerful, and what should be done about it. You usually say that something is too powerful or someone's post is wrong, and just say "Change it" without telling them what they need to know, give them guidelines.

But I agree with Sasru so far, a good way to make this easier would make a few limitations to this. Like:

1. It cannot absorb from just "things" such as objects, but it can absorb jutsus, but you replenish only half the chakra used.

2. For using it on people, there can't be an obstruction, including clothing. The absortion technique must be planted upon a bare body part, be it arm, head etc.

3. And one more thing, using this technique, trying to forcefully draw upon someone's chakra would leave you slightly more prone to say, Hyuuga attacks, as you would purposely be opening your Tenketsu points to absorb Chakra.

Add these drawbacks to the third technique, and I can accept this.
